Closure of SR 347 at Union Pacific Rail Road.

Union Pacific Rail Road (UPRR) will be closing the rail road crossing in Maricopa on November 21-22 at State Route (SR) 347 and restricting traffic to one lane in each direction for an additional six weeks. The delays are to allow UPRR to complete there double-tracking project and ADOT to re-surface and re-curb SR 347 approaching the crossings in both directions.

Founders Day Shuttle ServiceBasketball Registration Opens.

Registration is now open through November 20 for the upcoming basketball season. The first game is scheduled for January 9, 2010. The cost is $45.00 per participant and age group categories are 4-5, 6-8, 9-11, and 12-14.
