2010 Mayoral & City Council Candidates Forum | WATCH ONLINE
The 2010 Maricopa Candidate Forum held at the Maricopa Agricultural Center on Saturday, Janurary 30, 2010 is now avaiable via video-on-demand. This special Maricopa20 presentation will also be aired daily at 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM on Orbitel Channel 20 beginning on Sunday, February 7, 2010 through Saturday, February 14, 2010.

Pacana Park Closed due to weather.
AS OF: January 28, 2010, 10:45 a.m.
Due to water saturation at park softball fields, expansion fields, the north soccer field, and tennis courts, Pacana Park has been closed for a minimum of 24 hours. Please contact Recreation Service Leader Monica Rubio with any questions at 520/316-6965.
The City appreciates citizen patience and understanding during this and recent weather-related closures. Says parks department staff member Gary Simser, "we would just like to say thank you to the public which showed absolute cooperation during last week's full closure of Pacana Park as well as in subsequent small closures in certain areas of the park, ensuring everyone's safety."

The City of Maricopa and the Maricopa Chamber of Commerce are pleased to present Mayor Anthony Smith’s annual State of the City Address. The address will provide a review of how actions and events in the past year have advanced Maricopa’s progress towards achieving many of the critical goals identified in the City Council’s strategic plan, and plans for continued efforts.
