Business Licenses
A business license is required to operate a business in the City of Maricopa. A City issued license allows business to be conducted only within the limits of the City of Maricopa. Recipients of City Business Licenses must obey all Federal and State regulations governing the business type on the license. Issuance of a business license by the City shall in no way be construed as permission to operate a business activity in violation of any other law or regulation to which such activity may be subject.

- Commercial Business License (PDF): For commercial, industrial or retail businesses located in Maricopa city limits
- Home-based Business License (PDF): For residents operating a business from their home in Maricopa city limits
- Out-of-town Business License (PDF): For business located outside of the Maricopa city limits, but regularly do business within city limits
- Solicitor/Peddler License (PDF): For businesses doing temporary business in Maricopa city limits
