Redevelopment District Plan: Project Schedule
November through January: the Consulting Team performs background research, compiles data, interviews project stakeholders, and develops conceptual alternatives for public review and input.
January through February: the Consulting Team analyzes public input and develops preferred alternatives for land use, development and transportation. The Consulting Team also continues to meet with project stakeholders to receive input on the preferred alternatives.
February through March: the Consulting Team develops draft plan, including recommended land use and infrastructure plans, planning policies and redevelopment implementation tools. The Consulting Team also continues to meet with project stakeholders to receive input on draft plan.
March through April: the Consulting Team refines the draft plan based on public input and forwards recommended plan to project stakeholders for final review. The recommended plan is also posted on the project website for additional public review prior to the scheduled public hearings which will occur in April and May.
May: City Council Hearing on Recommended Redevelopment Plan, and estimated final project completion and approval.
