Chris Lindahl is the Director of Planning for MMI and is the Consulting Team Project Manager and Team Leader. He is a registered Landscape Architect and brings over 20 years of experience in the fields of Land Planning and Landscape Architecture. His project work experience includes a variety of public works activities, parks, roadways, a civic center, and public projects with significant pedestrian and vehicular design components. He also has extensive experience with large Master Planned Development projects, traditional residential and high-density residential communities, commercial sites, industrial projects, city roadway and civil infrastructure projects, private large parks development projects.
Joy A. Mee Planning Strategies, Inc.
Joy A. Mee Planning Strategies, Inc. is a planning consulting firm that provides planning, project and program implementation assistance to public and private clients. Joy Mee led the City of Phoenix Infill Incentives Task Force and the development of the City’s Downtown Urban Design strategies and standards (through 2004). Ms. Mee prepared the base data for the West Phoenix Revitalization Area Project. She has 37 years of planning experience and served as the Assistant Planning Director for the City of Phoenix from 1984 to 2004. She represented the City of Phoenix on planning issues before the legislature for over 30 years, including testimony on redevelopment issues; and wrote or supervised the writing of 12 redevelopment plans for the City of Phoenix. She is a nationally recognized urban planner and a Fellow of the American Institute of Certified Planners, as well as a member of the Counselors of Real Estate.

McClure Consulting, LLC is a consulting firm specializing in economic research and analysis of conditions affecting regional, community, and real estate development. These activities include economic development strategic planning, development planning and value-maximizing, market assessments, and market impacts of project development. Joe McClure has been retained by both private developers and public agencies at all levels of government, for projects in small and large cities, undeveloped and heavily developed regions, and regions with special demographic and cultural characteristics. He has managed numerous feasibility studies and market analyses for redevelopment projects and planning efforts.

Jordan Feld Consulting, LLC is a planning consulting firm specializing is policy development, planning and zoning, and public involvement. Mr. Feld has considerable knowledge of land use and redevelopment law in Arizona and has served as project manager on several infill redevelopment projects. Mr. Feld has spoke at numerous professional workshops and conferences on topics such as regulatory takings, smart growth, and zoning administration. He is accredited by the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP).
