Activity Registration
Registration Methods
- Registrations are accepted during regular business hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday at Maricopa City Hall, 45145 W. Madison Avenue, Mariopa, Ariz. 85239
- The City of Maricopa Parks and Recreation Division will accept registrations by postal mail and is not responsible for postal delays
- Registrations can be dropped off in person during regular business hours at City Hall
- Faxed registration forms are not accepted
- Applications will not be accepted by telephone
- For late registrations, applicants will be placed on a waiting list and will only be placed in a program if space is available
Sport Programs Registration Policy
- Youth sport programs have a first-come, first-served registration process. A late registration period will be held for both residents and non-residents if needed
- Adult sport programs have limited space available and are identified as “high demand” programs. Registration applications will be processed in a first-come, first-served process.
Class and Program Cancelation
- On occasion, classes and programs may be canceled due to insufficient enrollment
- If you are interested in a class or program, it is always a good practice to register early
