Whether you are making an addition to your dream home, a developer planning a new subdivision or a builder trying to meet construction requirements, the Development Services staff are here to help you.
It is our goal to ensure structural safety and quality while maintaining the City of Maricopa's community character. We are glad to meet with you to answer your questions and guide you through the processes from putting your ideas to paper, presenting your plans to the City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission, obtaining a building permit and scheduling inspections.
The department is composed of the following divisions: Building Safety, Engineering, Transportation, Airport Planning, Planning and Zoning, Public Works, and Permits.
