Maricopa Transit Study Update.

Maricopa residents came out to participate in a public meeting for an update to the Maricopa Transit Feasibility Study.

Staff would like to thank everyone who participated and commented on the alternatives which included options for a local service.

There will be a public hearing held on January 19, 2009, 7:00 p.m. at the City Council meeting for the Rural Transportation Grant application (Section 5311). There will be another public meeting held in March for residents to review the recommended alternatives.
