Police Investigations

The Maricopa Police Department Investigations Unit is comprised of two detectives and Sergeant.

The Investigations Unit is responsible for following up on criminal cases, preparing criminal cases for court and investigating serious crime scenes. Detectives receive specialized training in interviewing techniques, identifying evidence and crime scene processing.
