Traveling to Maricopa

From Phoenix: Take the I-10 East towards Tucson. Take the AZ-347 S/Queen Creek Road exit and head south. AZ-347 will turn into John Wayne Parkway once you enter the Maricopa city limits.

From Tucson: Take the I-10 West towards Phoenix. Take the AZ-347 S/Queen Creek Road exit and head south. AZ-347 will turn into John Wayne Parkway once you enter the Maricopa city limits.

 

Amtrak


Maricopa is the home of the only Amtrak station in Arizona. For information on traveling on Amtrak, please visit amtrak.com.

 

MaricopaXPRESS


MaricopaXPRESS is regional connector to the Phoenix metro-plex with service to downtown Phoenix and Tempe. MaX provides safe, convenient, cost effective and dependable public transportation. Staff operates from Maricopa City Hall and is available Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

City of Maricopa Express Transit (COMET)


The City is proud to introduce COMET (City of Maricopa Express Transit), the City's new local route circulator. COMET service begins October 11 throughout Maricopa. COMET bus stop locations include, but are not limited to: Maricopa Fiesta, Cobblestone Farms, Rancho El Dorado, Province, Maricopa Marketplace, Pacana Park, Walmart, Harrah's Casino and the City's Park-and-Ride Lot.
