The City Manager’s Weekly Report is posted online every Monday in an effort to boost communication and share City information with the public. »

City Manager Brenda Fischer, appointed by the City Council, acts as the chief administrative officer of the City. She enforces the laws and carries out the policies of the City Council through the control and direction of City departments.

City Manager Fischer makes recommendations to the City Council on legislation, fiscal matters, capital improvements and other City policies. Although she is responsible for all City functions, she directly oversees the City Clerk, Economic Development, Fire, Human Resources and Police departments. The Assistant City Manager directly oversees the Community Services, Development Services and Finance/Administrative Services departments.
