Intergovernmental Manager Paul Jepson oversees all City relationships with other governmental agencies including federal, state, county, and tribal entities and other public utilities and educational agencies. Previous positions held at the City included Assistant to the City Manager, Acting IT Director and Management Assistant. Before joining the City of Maricopa, Mr. Jepson was a certified employee with Mesa Public Schools for 12 years including eight years in the classroom teaching world history, art and photography at Shepherd Junior High.

Mr. Jepson holds an Associates degree in graphic design from Maricopa Technical Community College, earned a Bachelor of Arts in education/secondary social studies from Arizona State University West in 1993 and a Masters in Public Administration from Arizona State University, graduating in 2005.
