The City is in the process of moving forward with the planning, design and construction of a variety of City facilities; the City Complex, Regional Park, Aquatics Center and Multi-Generation Center. Program Management firm ABACUS is hard at work collecting public input and planning the City projects in an expedited fashion.

Looking for the site of the future Maricopa City Hall? Keep an eye out for this sign, near the corner of Bowlin Road and White and Parker Road. This signage has recently been installed to raise awareness of the project at the very active site, where activities like mass grading and offsite improvements are in full swing.
