Notice of Proposed Dev Fee

Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes Section A.R.S. § 9-463.05(C), notice is hereby given to the general public that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa intends to adopt and assess Development Impact Fees effective July 1, 2014.

The written report entitled "Development Fees, Infrastructure Improvements Plan, and Land Use Assumptions Report" as adopted by Council on February 4, 2014, including all documentation that supports the assessment of impact fees is available for public inspection on the City of Maricopa website and at the Clerk's Office located at 39700 W. Civic Center Plaza, Maricopa, Arizona 85138.

Notice is also hereby given to the general public that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Maricopa intent to establish April 1, 2014 as the date of the public hearing on the proposed development fee.
