On April 17, 2007 the City of Maricopa initiated the process of Annexation 07-01. Public input was important and it was gained from a series of public meetings and interactions with residents and property owners in the original proposed annexation area.

On December 18, 2007 the city council responded to the gathered input by revising the proposed annexation area. However, it is still important that residents in the revised annexation area provide input.

If you have questions or concerns about what annexation will mean for you, please contact Nicole Dailey, project manager, at 520/316-6815.

Fiscal Impact Analysis
The following report details the results of fiscal impact analysis of the proposed annexation and development of the Annexation 07-01 area (Annex 07-01). This report summarizes the results of this analysis, indicating whether the development of the annexed area will have a positive or negative fiscal impact on the City’s General Fund.
