The Office of the City Clerk is dedicated to serving the City Council, staff and citizens of the community in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner; accurately record and preserve the history of the City of Maricopa; ensure the preservation, management and maintenance of all City records from creation to disposition, and diligently conduct the City's elections pursuant to state statute.

20140328 LawThe City of Maricopa is currently accepting applications to fill vacancies on the Age-Friendly Maricopa Advisory Committee, Industrial Development Authority Board, Heritage District Advisory Board, and Non-Profit Funding Evaluation Committee. 20140328-LawIn accordance with A.R.S. Section 9-499.15, public notice is hereby given that the City of Maricopa City Council will consider approving new fees no sooner than 60 days after the posting date of this notice. The following new fees relate to proposed licensing of special business types, specifically: (1) Massage Establishments, (2) Off Track Betting, and (3) Tattoo and/or Body Piercing.


2014ElectionElection Day is over and now the waiting begins. Pinal County still has several ballots to count including provisional, conditional provisional, and the early ballots that were both dropped off at the polls and those that were mailed in and received by the County during the last couple of days.
