City Clerk

The Office of the City Clerk is dedicated to serving the City Council, staff and citizens of the community in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner; accurately record and preserve the history of the City of Maricopa; ensure the preservation, management and maintenance of all City records from creation to disposition, and diligently conduct the City's elections pursuant to state statute.

BCCOnlineThe City has implemented a new web application, Boards, Commissions & Committees Online (BCC Online), making it easier for interested residents to apply to vacant boards, commissions, and/or committees. Visitors can also view existing member rosters and their term dates, and description of each BCC. The application also includes links to respective agendas and meeting minutes.

"By moving to an online platform, the entire application process has been streamlined," said City Clerk Vanessa Bueras. "This allows staff to better manage applications but most importantly, provides a great online resource for visitors and residents on the City's website."
