Copper Sky is excited to announce...

Master Lee Feiles, owner of ATAwarrior fitness Martial Arts – Maricopa, will be teaching a Self-defense Fitness Class (Warrior Fitness) Saturday mornings at 8:15am included in the Copper Sky Membership!

Warrior Fitness is a fitness routine utilizing practical self-defense techniques and martial arts. For men and women of any skill level, the class focuses on developing skills and conditioning for effective self-defense in a safe environment." This is Copper Sky's first attempt at classes like this and we are excited to hear some great feedback from the members!

Copper Sky now offers Therapeutic and Sports Massage!

With so muchmassage effort focused on exercising, Copper Sky wanted to offer a few ways to recover, relax, and unwind. We are proud to have Curry Martinez on our staff with her 10 years of experience in the Local Maricopa Area as our Massage Therapist.

Copper Sky to me is about having all generations lead healthy and productive lives.

Fitness classes are offered in the aerobic/dance studios. Many fitness classes are included with a Multigenerational Center membership, however some specialized classes may require an additional registration fee. Take a look at the Group Exercise Schedules for a current list of all the classes being offered.
