Applying for the position of police officer

The Maricopa Police Department selects only the most qualified candidates who successfully complete all phases of the hiring process. To be considered please complete the following.

  • Submit a current resume by email to Officer Pantoja.
     
  • Complete and submit a City of Maricopa application via mail or in person to Officer Pantoja (forms are also available in person at the Maricopa Police Department).
     
  • Register to participate in the process by emailing or phoning, 520/316-6867, Officer Pantoja.MPD

Minimum qualifications are:

  • US Citizen
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 21 years old at the time of application
