Exam Process.

There are nine phases* of the hiring process, which may take two to three months to complete. The process includes:

• Resume Review
• Written Examination
• Physical Agility Evaluation
• Oral Board Interview
• Background Investigation
• Polygraph Examination
• Command Board Interview
• Psychological Evaluation
• Medical Examination

*Currently, lateral transfer candidates are not required to participate in the written examination and physical agility evaluation portions of the process.
