Boards and commissions advise the City Council on policy issues. All meetings are open to the public. Agendas are posted in the City Library and in the City Hall lobby at least 72 hours prior to any regularly scheduled meeting. Applications may be obtained from the City Clerk, 45145 W. Madison Ave, Maricopa, 520/568-9098.

Parks and Recreation Board: Meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. at City Hall, 45145 West Madison Avenue.

Planning and Zoning Commision: Meetings are held on the second and fourth Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at Global Water, 22590 North Powers Parkway.

Public Safety Committee: Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 45145 West Madison Avenue.

Public Works Committee: Meetings are scheduled for the second Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 45145 West Madison Avenue.
