•Balloon Festival - January 18, 2020 – 2020 Balloon Festival Application * only accepting licensed Pinal County food vendors.
• Salsa Festival - March 7, 2020– https://cvent.me/GV4Rra. (Registration opens January 6, 2020)
• July 4- always happens on the actual date. Registration URL TBD (registration opens April 6, 2020)
Registration opens 3 months prior to the event. 1 month before each event a $100 late fee is imposed and hard cut off for registration is two weeks prior to the event. Vendor rates range from a minimum $50 for crafters - $350 for food (subject to change).

Food Vendor Insurance Requirement
Commercial general liability insurance should name “The City of Maricopa, its officers, employees, and agents” as additional insured. Insurance coverage must be maintained for the duration of the event including set up and dismantle dates.
FOOD VENDORS!! Please note food vendors are not automatically confirmed and will be selected by a committee 2 - 3 weeks prior to registration deadline to avoid duplicate vendors.
2020 Vendor Packages
Save time and money by registering for all 3 Festivals at once! Space is limited to 15 non-food vendors and 5 food vendors. Food Vendor space is not guaranteed; a committee will select food vendors.
