Estrella Gin is a 30-acre site that is currently under construction. It is expected to add approximately 300,000 sq ft of office/flex/warehouse space and create an expected 700 new jobs with an annual payroll of over $41.9 million.

Apex Motor Club is a 280 acre premier motorsports club, and includes a 2.3 mile racetrack for its members. Phase 2, currently under construction will include; a 2.15 mile circuit, 48 garage condos, a 10,000-sq ft clubhouse with a restaurant, fitness center, locker rooms and a swimming pool.

‘Maricopa Ag Center is a 2,100-acre research site that will potentially include a research and technology park, commercial spaces, and University education / research programming. This project will provide access to new markets, talent, students, partners, and a thriving tech economy. It could house new research centers, e.g.ag-tech, biotech, engineering, sustainability, and other emerging technologies. The Area of Innovation is a transformative project for the City of Maricopa and the University of Arizona.’

“SMARTRail Park” is a 680-acre Industrial Park along the Union Pacific main line. This industrial park will be fully rail served with parcels within the park servicing class A, B & C rail served components. This facility will also have a Transload/Intramodal facility to facilitate the loading, off-loading, and necessary rail car exchanges to service the parks tenants, as well as a fully operational short line rail component to integrate with Union Pacific’s main line. The owner/operator of the facility also offers federal grant writing for the tenants to help in acquiring federal dollars towards the assistance of construction and equipment for newly locating companies on the property. This Industrial Park offers millions of square footage for industrial building and users.
