Rules
Staff may require swim tests to ensure proper swimming ability for certain attractions.
Lap lanes are intended for lap swimming only. To utilize the lap lanes, swimmers must be able to independently swim the full length of the pool.
Participants must be at least 48” tall in order to use the slide.
Glass, alcoholic beverages, gum, smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping, and recreational drugs are prohibited.
Appropriate and clean swimwear is required.
Please shower before entering the water.
Swim diapers and covers are required for children who are not potty trained.
Guests with open wounds, cuts, sores, inflamed eyes, communicable disease, and/or diarrhea in the past two weeks shall be excluded from entering the facility.
Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are allowed; however, personal inflatables are prohibited.
Competitive or repetitive breath holding is prohibited.
Behavior deemed unsafe by lifeguard is not allowed. Do not run, push, wrestle, dunk, or ride on shoulders.
Follow the directions of City of Maricopa staff.
The City of Maricopa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Age Policy
Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied, and actively supervised, by someone 16 years of age or older.
Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied, and directly supervised in the water by someone 16 years of age or older at all times, regardless of swimming ability.
