Please note, these facilities are not owned or operated by the City of Maricopa. Any questions about rooms and reservations must be made with the Maricopa Unified School District and Central Arizona College.
Maricopa Unified School District
The Maricopa Unified School District (MUSD) offers a wide range of reservable spaces to meet your needs. From cozy classroom settings and multi-purpose rooms to a full-scale performing arts center that can seat more than 750 guests. These versatile venues provide flexible solutions for events of all types and sizes.

Class III: Groups and organizations that for the most part, do not involve only students from the District and/or will not
likely perform educational functions for District students.
Class IV: Commercial or for-profit organizations.

Central Arizona College - Maricopa
Central Arizona College (CAC) offers classrooms and community rooms that are ideal for seminars, meetings, and special events. Whether you’re planning a hands-on workshop or seeking a space with an academic atmosphere, CAC provides flexible venues to support your next gathering.

Spaces are available Monday through Thursdays. Weekends are available with prior approval. Two hour minimum rental time required for classrooms & 4 hour minimum rental time required for community rooms.
