City Hall - Curbside
City Hall is open during business hours (Monday – Thursday, 7 a.m. – 6 p.m.) and ask that residents maintain a 6 foot distance from staff and others in the building. Passport services are by appointment only. Click here for details.
Maricopa VIP Portal
Maricopa's development process has gone paperless using the VIP Portal, your resource to report concerns, schedule inspections, print and apply for permits, pay fees, upload plans, and track your project. Before you get started, be sure to check out our tutorial here.
Copper Sky and City Parks
Starting the weekend of May 1, the dog park, all ramadas and shade structures, playgrounds, skate park, tennis and pickleball courts, athletic fields (with exception of baseball and softball fields at Copper Sky), disc golf and multi-purpose fields are open for the general public, contingent on social distancing with gatherings of less than 10 individuals. Per Executive Order 2020-36: Stay Healthy, Return Smarter, Return Stronger, effective Saturday, May 16, Copper Sky Multigenerational Center will reopen with restrictions in compliance with state guidelines set forth by the Governor’s Office.
The following areas will be open beginning on Saturday May 16, 2020 during regular business hours:
- Fitness Floor (See STATE GUIDELINES FOR GYMS AND FITNESS PROVIDERS)
- Gym Floor
- Indoor Track
- Pool (Competition pool for lap swim will be open 5:00 - 8:00 a.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday from 7:00 - 11:30 a.m. All pools will be open in 2 hours intervals between 1:00 - 8:00 p.m.) (See STATE GUIDELINES FOR POOLS)
- The public restrooms at Pacana and Copper Sky Parks will also be open for public use.
Childwatch, Group Fitness, Activity Rooms and any other area not referenced herein will be unavailable for use. Showers and locker rooms are unavailable, however, restrooms are open for use; please be prepared to change offsite.
Be prepared for reduced capacity, reduced amount of equipment, and potential wait times for facility access due to compliance with social distancing and sanitization guidelines. Upon first return visit, patron will check in to Member Services to reactivate membership and utilize self check-in thereafter.

Maricopa Public Library
Starting Monday, June 1, the library will be open to the public with several modifications and capacity limitations in place. Access to the facility will be limited to 20 people initially. Patrons will be required to follow social distancing guidelines and asked to keep their visit brief. The library will close periodically throughout each day to allow staff to sanitize the facility. Visitors will be able to browse collections as well as access computer & printing services. Get lost in a classic mystery novel, watch children’s stories come to life, checkout your favorite old movies. The City of Maricopa Public Library will continue to offer all these virtual services for you and your family including curbside pickup for books and videos and virtual programming you can enjoy from the comfort of your own home.
Curbside services will still be available for those who wish to utilize them. To schedule a curbside pickup, simply go online at catalog.pinalcountyaz.gov and place your hold requests. You will be notified as soon as they are ready and you can make your way to the library for curbside pickup. If you do not have access to a computer, please call the library, provide your name, library card number and a list of your checkout requests. We’ll then provide you a time to drive by and pick up your items. To view available materials please click here.
