Maricopa's signature Independence Day celebration presented by Haydon Companies LLC returns with live entertainment, food trucks, vendors, family activities, a pool party, a patriotic drone show, and one of the region's largest fireworks displays. This year's celebration also commemorates America's 250th anniversary. Basic Event Details: Date: Saturday, July 4, 2026 Where: Copper Sky Regional Park (44345 W Bowlin Rd, Maricopa, AZ 85138) Time: Event: 7:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Pool Party: 6:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. General Event Admission: FREE
Fireworks & Drone Show The evening concludes with a patriotic drone show followed by the traditional fireworks spectacular. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy the show from the great lawn.
Pool Party (6–9:30 p.m.) Enjoy the festivities as the coolest spot in town! The GA4th Pool Party gives exclusive access to the Copper Sky Aquatics Center featuring:

Tickets are on sale now! Copper Sky Members pay only $10 per person. Non-Members (but residents of Maricopa) may purchase tickets for $15 each. Non-Resident tickets are $20 each.
DJ Eric will be on the main stage and there will be roaming patriotic performers throughout the event available for photo opportunities.
Kids Zone
A free inflatable kids zone featuring giant water slides and bounce attractions is available for families.
Free Cupcakes
Guests can enjoy free cupcakes throughout the event near the multi gen lawn while supplies last.
Food, Drinks & Shopping
Enjoy over 50 food trucks and vendors on site celebrating Independence Day with us. The Beer Garden is returning hosted by Roots Eatery and sponsored by Harah’s Ak-Chin Casino.
Parking
Pre-paid parking passes are available and help speed entry. Guests can purchase parking passes the day of the event for $10 per vehicle (Cash and credit card are accepted).
Parking is limited and first-come, first-served so be sure to get there early!
Free Shuttle Service
Avoid parking altogether by using the complimentary shuttle service from Maricopa City Hall. The service runs from 5:00–10:00 p.m.

Arrive early if you want prime viewing spots.

Expect large crowds after the show and allow extra time when leaving.
If attending the pool party, register ahead of time as space may be limited.
