Keep Maricopa Beautiful Business Partner Spotlight: This month we're featuring Christopher Spear, owner and chef of Roots Eatery. He was one of our first business partners and we wanted to check in with him on how his cleanup efforts were going.

Chris shared, "Clean up has been good. I always talk about integrity in the kitchen as that defines who we are and continues to make us better. It's like, 'are you going to walk over a paper towel or pasta noodle on the floor just because you didn't put it there or are you going to pick it up and make it a cleaner place? A clean kitchen is a happy kitchen and we try and continue that outside into the community during our day. If you have time to lean you have time to clean." Chris' staff has daily cleaning checklists that they follow as well with managers ensuring the cleaning tasks assigned are completed!
