Through organizing and combining all necessary actions to develop, maintain, and enhance our ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from natural disasters, terrorism, human-caused incidents, and major events. Emergency Management also strives to identify mitigation opportunities for maintaining and improving the durability of the city.
