Operations

Under the direction of the Assistant Chief of Operations, the operation section consists of a Deputy Chief, field Battalion Chiefs, and frontline personnel consisting of Firefighters, Engineers and Captains. Operations handles approximately 4,500 emergency incidents a year including fire, emergency medical service, and other calls for service. The Operations section also manages all major disaster responses through national cooperative agreements.
