After being selected and sworn in during a regular City Council meeting, Mayor Smith has devised a 100-day plan to be utilized as a blueprint for her first quarter in office. This roadmap is to give the community better insight into Mayor Smith's focus and priorities while serving as Mayor. One of Mayor Smith's goals is to hold a monthly luncheon with the City Manager and other city employees to help connect with the City's mission statement of "unlocking the full potential of the City of Maricopa to create a thriving and durable community."
