New Wi-Fi Service Connects Visitors at Pacana Park

Published on March 16, 2026

A person walks on a paved path beside a tranquil pond, with a single tree and a rustic stone pavilion under a clear blue sky, conveying serenity.

Visitors to Pacana Park can now stay connected while enjoying one of the city’s most popular outdoor spaces. The City of Maricopa has officially launched free public Wi-Fi at the park, giving residents and guests convenient internet access while they play, fish, relax, or attend events.

The new service provides coverage in both the lower (north) and upper (south) areas of the park, allowing visitors to connect with ease. The new network offers the same level of service guests currently enjoy at the Copper Sky Recreation Complex.

The project was made possible through a collaborative effort between the City’s Information Technology and Facilities teams utilizing existing resources and infrastructure.

With the addition of free Wi-Fi, Pacana Park continues to expand the ways our community connects with each other and supports the City’s vision of bringing people together through welcoming spaces, innovative amenities, and unlocking Maricopa’s full potential.
