The City of Maricopa is proposing to initiate an annexation of unincorporated land within Pinal County, generally located one (1) mile south of W. Maricopa Casa Grande Hwy and N. Anderson Rd, specifically a portion of parcel # 502-14-002B (79.02 +/- acres).

The purpose of this request is to initiate an annexation for an unincorporated area. In accordance with Sec. 18.185.020 of the City of Maricopa Zoning Code, the City Council may initiate a request for annexation of unincorporated areas not within the city.

Anyone wishing to appear and make comment is encouraged to attend.
