Proposal: Case # ZON26-04: A request by the City of Maricopa, applicant, on behalf of Nadeesha Wellala, owner, to rezone three parcels of land from the Pinal County General Rural (GR) and General Business (CB-2) Zoning Districts to the City of Maricopa General Rural (GR) Zoning District. The subject properties are generally located the NWC of W. Maricopa-Casa Grande Hwy. and N. Main St., encompassing approximately 0.9-acres.
