• Staff may require swim tests to ensure proper swimming ability for certain attractions.
• Lap lanes are intended for lap swimming only. To utilize the lap lanes, swimmers must be able to independently swim the full length of the pool.
• Participants must be at least 48” tall in order to use the slide.
• Glass, alcoholic beverages, gum, smoking, e-cigarettes, vaping, and recreational drugs are prohibited.
• Appropriate and clean swimwear is required.
• Please shower before entering the water.
• Swim diapers and covers are required for children who are not potty trained.
• Guests with open wounds, cuts, sores, inflamed eyes, communicable disease, and/or diarrhea in the past two weeks shall be excluded from entering the facility.
• Coast Guard approved personal flotation devices are allowed; however, personal inflatables are prohibited.
• Competitive or repetitive breath holding is prohibited.
• Behavior deemed unsafe by lifeguard is not allowed. Do not run, push, wrestle, dunk, or ride on shoulders.
• Follow the directions of City of Maricopa staff.
• The City of Maricopa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Age Policy

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied, and actively supervised, by someone 16 years of age or older.
• Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied, and directly supervised in the water by someone 16 years of age or older at all times, regardless of swimming ability.
