Planning and Zoning Commission Approves Multifamily Housing Request

A request by Les Partch, on behalf of Chrystal and Kent O’Jon, was granted approval of their Development Review Permit for O’Jon Terrace Apartments. The proposed development will consist of 27 units – a mixture of one- and two-bedroom apartment homes.

The complex will be located on the southeast corner of Honeycutt Road and Porter Road, behind the Circle K. When completed, the project will provide additional housing diversity for the growing community of Maricopa. A range of housing options can contribute to more diverse, lively, and economically sustainable communities by offering an alternative for all stages of life.
