Understanding Project Details
Each project listed on the site includes a Details section. This section provides key information such as:
Project name and description to any relevant details
Size and Location so you know exactly where it’s happening
Case number and Parcel Number so the project can be tracked in the Development Services internal system.
Important dates including when the project was reviewed and approved.
Expected completion date (provided by developer and always subject to change).
This level of transparency helps residents follow the life cycle of projects from concept to completion.
The website also includes a map feature, making it simple to explore projects visually. Here’s how to use it: Click on any map marker to open a project summary or click on image cards on the left side of the webpage and the map will zoom into the project site for you Filter by category (Planning & Zoning, Under Construction, Recently Completed) to narrow your view. Toggle between commercial and residential projects on the top left corner of the page. Zoom in/out to explore projects citywide or focus on your neighborhood. The map makes it easy to see how growth is distributed across Maricopa and to understand the big picture of community development.
